• Over the past decade, I've scouted out, managed and worked closely with many in a sales team of up to 15 field reps from PA up to ME, many of which worked in their own areas of expertise, to help achieve the brand’s goals.
Branding and Strategy
• Organize, schedule and execute numerous sales promos, trainings, demos and record breaking, in store 10-12 day Amazing Grass popup events, increasing sales over 1000%+ YOY in many of those Whole Foods and Wegmans Markets.
• Work with corporate buyers for retailers markets such as- Whole Foods, Fairway, Mrs. Greens Natural Foods, Green Life, A Matter of Health, Queens Health Emporium, independent health food stores, pharmacy's, and fitness studios, along with private health practices; in the NE region to increase product lines and items carried, placed and sold in each of these locations.
• Grow brand visibility at retailers through increased placement, shelf space, floor sales, and merchandising.
• Seek out new account opportunities and brought on many new stores in territory.• Provide manufacturers with consumer feedback and suggestions collected during promotions and direct sales contact.
• Manage inventory levels and replenished products via direct and distribution orders.
• Build up, track out and deployed massive orders onto displays for key brands in retailers.
• Work with distributors to expand product offerings into global markets.
